Credit Card Lawsuit Results

We have been defending consumer who have been sued as early as 2006.  Below are are results for 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. We did not begin tracking cases in this manner until 2007. Keep in mind that  your case can be different than the examples provided because the evidence can change from case to case as well as law can change from time to time.

This table lists all of the credit card suits we defended and closed in 2007. It includes both suits on debts brought in court and claims made through the arbitration process. The table does not include cases where we were hired after judgment, nor does it inlcude cases where we were hired solely to the settle the case. Almost all of the dismissals listed in this table are non-suits. This means that the creditor has voluntarily dismissed its case, but reserves the right to re-file.
